In house written estimates/condition reports are available for a fee of $125 per object, and on-site estimates in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex are available starting at $250. Consultation and appointment fees may apply. Examination and estimates for larger collections will be based on an hourly rate. A full condition report, treatment proposal, and cost estimate will be completed within two weeks after examination. Current turnaround time for conservation treatment is three to four months in most cases, but varies based on the project and our current backlog.
The minimum for any conservation treatment is $250 per object, though this does not always apply to archival collections. We require an advance payment of 50% on every contract in order to initiate treatment.
A treatment report accompanies the final invoice. Final payment is required upon completion of work. We do not accept credit card payments.
